Contract Manufacturing of Cleaning Solvents

Using stainless-steel mixing tanks, we can manufacture water-based cleaning solvents, hydrocarbon-based cleaning solvents, and alternative-fluorocarbon mixed solvents. We are also able to perform pH measurement, specific gravity measurement, conductivity measurement, and gas chromatography analysis.

IC Lead Frame Cleaning & Drying System

An easy-to-use IC lead frame cleaning and drying system. Because cleaning and drying can be performed in-line right after pressing, partitioning the rear of the press machine allows inspection and packing to be completed on site, preventing contamination during in-plant transport. Compared to basket cleaning, which is prone to cleaning defects, cleaning items one at a time greatly reduces cleaning and drying defects and improves yield.

Silicone Baking & Drying Machine for Medical Devices

Using a HEPA filter to control contamination inside the furnace, this machine applies silicone coating to products requiring it and bakes and dries them at 100°C.

IC Lead Frame Cleaning Solvent　Hillsolve X

A hydrocarbon solvent widely used for cleaning IC lead frames, offering excellent cleaning and drying performance. It can be used in our own in-line cleaning and drying equipment, and can be recycled through distillation regeneration.

General-Purpose Cleaning Solvent　Hillsolve NX

A hydrocarbon solvent widely used for post-press cleaning and copper pipe cleaning, offering excellent cleaning and drying performance. With an extremely low odor, it can also be used to improve the working environment and for floor cleaning, without the characteristic hydrocarbon odor during drying or regeneration.
